Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Saverly Money LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Louisiana, United States.
We operate the mobile application Saverly Money (the “App”), along with related products and services that link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, registering for, subscribing to, linking a financial account, or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
The Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
Our Services
Saverly Money is a mobile-only personal finance app that helps users track spending, view linked financial accounts, monitor balances, organize budgets, identify recurring charges, set savings goals, and receive account-related alerts.
The Services are for personal financial organization and informational purposes only. Saverly Money is not a bank, lender, broker, credit repair company, financial advisor, tax advisor, or law firm.
Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license the intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, features, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other content. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
User Representations
By using the Services, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete, you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, you are at least 18 years old, and your use of the Services will not violate any law or regulation.
User Registration
You may be required to register to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Purchases and Payment
All purchases and subscriptions for Saverly Money are processed through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Saverly Money LLC does not directly process payments, store payment information, or manage billing systems.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information through the applicable app store account. All billing, payment processing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the terms and policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All payments are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize the applicable app store, Apple App Store or Google Play Store, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account may be charged according to your selected subscription plan unless canceled.
Cancellation: Subscriptions must be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store account used to make the purchase.
Saverly Money LLC does not directly manage subscription cancellations or refunds.
All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the app store provider.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
Software
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the App solely in connection with the Services and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
- Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized financial activity.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, financial data, or systems without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or interfere with the Services.
- Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized financial information.
- Disrupt the Services, servers, networks, or security features.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Sell or transfer your profile.
- Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or data extraction tools without permission.
User Contributions and Feedback
The Services do not allow users to publicly post or share content.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”), you agree that Saverly Money LLC may use such Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.
You represent that any Feedback you provide does not violate any third-party rights.
Mobile Application License
If you access the Services through the App, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on devices you own or control.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use may also be subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and policies. Saverly Money LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the App, except as otherwise required by law.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to or rely on third-party services, including Plaid, app stores, cloud hosting, analytics, notification services, and financial institutions. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, errors, outages, delays, privacy practices, or security practices.
Services Management
We reserve the right to monitor the Services, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove inappropriate content where applicable, and manage the Services to protect our rights, users, and systems.
Privacy Policy
Your use of Saverly Money is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree that your information may be collected, used, stored, and processed as described in that policy.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create risk for Saverly Money or other users, or if required by law.
Modifications and Interruptions
We may change, update, suspend, discontinue, or modify the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by law.
- Claims must be brought individually.
- No class actions are permitted.
- No jury trials are permitted.
- Claims must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
Corrections
There may be information in the Services that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or change information at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saverly Money LLC will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, financial, lost-profit, lost-revenue, loss-of-data, or similar damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability will be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you during the six (6) months before the claim arose or $100.00 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saverly Money LLC and its officers, agents, partners, and employees from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.
User Data
We may maintain certain data you transmit to the Services to manage performance and functionality. Although we may perform routine backups, you are responsible for data you transmit or activities undertaken through your account.
Electronic Communications and Signatures
By using the Services, sending emails, or completing online forms, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that electronic notices, policies, disclosures, signatures, and records satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
California Users and Residents
If a complaint is not resolved with us, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and Saverly Money LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Financial Data Accuracy
Saverly Money provides financial data and insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any financial information, including account balances, transactions, or alerts, is accurate, complete, or up to date. You are solely responsible for verifying financial information with your financial institution before making decisions.
Alerts Disclaimer
Saverly Money may provide alerts such as low balance notifications, bill reminders, recurring charge alerts, income deposit alerts, or transaction alerts. These alerts may be delayed, inaccurate, or not delivered. We do not guarantee the timing, accuracy, or delivery of any alerts.
Plaid and Third-Party Data
Saverly Money relies on third-party services, including Plaid, to access financial account data. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, inaccuracies, outages, connection issues, or interruptions caused by third-party providers or financial institutions.
Not a Financial Institution
Saverly Money is not a bank, lender, financial advisor, broker, or financial institution. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
User Responsibility
Use of Saverly Money is at your own risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for any financial decisions made using the App.
Updates to These Terms
Users will be notified of updates through in-app notifications and by updating the “Last Updated” date within these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
